Ever popular gumbo cook-off. Great homemade
Cajun food including crawfish pie, jambalaya, fried
fish
and shrimp, red beans & rice, crawfish etouffee, boudin
jalapeno poppers, bread pudding, and pecan pralines,
served all day long. Arts & Crafts and childrens activities.
Event is held at the Lakehiills Community Center
